Be You is led by Beyond Blue and delivered in partnership with Early Childhood Australia and headspace. This collaboration brings together trusted, sector-leading expertise across education, early childhood, and youth mental health."

Since starting my journey as an early childhood educator in 2014, I have been grateful every day for the opportunity to be part of children's lives during such an important stage of their development. I feel incredibly passionate about supporting our little people, listening to their voices, and advocating for them so they feel seen, heard, and valued.
As a proud mum of two beautiful girls, I know firsthand how important it is to give children strong foundations and the social and emotional skills they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. Supporting children's mental health and wellbeing from an early age is something I truly believe can make a lifelong difference. I am equally passionate about supporting the wellbeing of our educators and families.
When the adults around children feel supported, connected, and valued, they are better able to nurture happy, confident, and resilient children. As the Wellbeing Leader at First Choice Early Education Centre, I feel incredibly fortunate to work alongside the Be You initiative to promote positive mental health
and wellbeing throughout our service. Together, we are committed to creating a
caring and inclusive community where children, families, and educators all feel
supported, empowered, and encouraged to thrive.
